What a dream to work with Victoria and her team! Among the many wonderful things about working with PRS Victoria: her eye for detail. Her inclination to push you - in a good way! Her support for local makers. Her follow-up. How to mesh new spaces with the rest of your home. Victoria did a beautiful overhaul of our three-season porch, making it a usable, versatile space - while keeping two large heirloom wicker chairs. It's a warm, inviting cocoon that I want to be in always. She also helped us choose updated lighting and fixtures in the dining room and kitchen then make them feel like ours - and like brand new spaces. I so appreciate that she was willing to work on the budget to make it workable for us. You feel entirely looked after, and I know you'll be pleased with her work.

I am SO happy we chose to use Prospect Refuge Studio for our full kitchen remodel! I had a specific vision in my mind of what I wanted, but wasn't sure how to pull it together. They made my vision come to life- I am still in LOVE with walking into my kitchen everyday. We changed our minds more than once on what we wanted to get it perfect, and PRS was totally fine with it and rolled with the punches. We were so happy with the kitchen, we decided to get some design work for our living room as well--I wanted a cohesive look throughout the main living area. Both Victoria and Carrie were a joy to work with, I would HIGHLY recommend them!

I would like to offer the highest recommendation for Prospect Refuge’s interior design services. My wife and I found them through google searches looking for designers with a compelling portfolio in our Uptown neighborhood. We were moving into a new, larger home, and basically needed help with everything. From our first meeting we were thrilled with the experience and outcomes of working with the entire Prospect team. There is a process from conception to delivery that is both structured and necessarily organic as you figure out your new living space and balance wants and needs. A couple things I would highlight are that the principal designer, Victoria, is extremely hands on with the client relationships and was always available to answer questions or help out. I have worked with a lot of consultants in various fields and Prospect deserves an A for communication and accountability. I would also highlight that Victoria understood our budget and worked diligently with us to get as much as we could without going over what we were comfortable with. We ended up with multiple one-of-a-kind pieces from local artisans that provide a WOW factor and then saved money via the selective use of pieces from places like CB2 and Room and Board.

The Prospect team has been working with our family for over one year. They have traveled up to the North Shore several times for our project. I have learned that decorating your home is very personal and can be time consuming. The Prospect team has been patient, creative, flexible, dedicated, non-confrontational, honest, transparent and a joy to work with throughout the entire process. We started with a few areas and are now working towards finishing all of our spaces. I highly recommend the Prospect Team!

We hired Victoria and her team at Prospect Refuge Design after interviewing several other designers in the area, and we are extremely happy with our choice! She's been amazing to work with. Victoria read our style in no time and was able to formulate a plan that we loved! She also helped us prioritize projects, as she understands these design projects can snowball. She provided several workable ideas per item enabling us to pick our favorite and move on. A total time saver! She's been perfectly involved through every step of the way. More involved at decision times. Then, she gives us time to execute the plan and always checks in just in time for the next step. Victoria and her team have been extremely valuable to us throughout our project. We couldn't have made such a cool space we are so proud of without her help!
