Rojo's is very responsive, reliable and does excellent work. I am so thrilled to have found them after dealing with 2 other companies with which I had negative experiences. I highly recommend Rojo's for all your pool needs.
I've done business with them a few times over the years, they do excellent work at a reasonable price and always comport themselves well. 'However' they are not exactly responsive. It seems to be a common problem among pool companies in Louisville. My most recent effort, I've tried three times today and gotten no answer each time.
Rojo's pool is polite and caring about what they do with your pool they do a very neat and clean job they're the best

Beware....had opening scheduled today now say they can't made a mistake now not till June after being a customer 5 yrs...lady on phone was rude and unhelpful..wish I could talk to the owner called another company were here in 2 hrs and 50 bucks cheaper and a nice co will use always now
Today we had one of our 22 year customers call and tell us how absolutely thrilled they were with the 20 Plus year service by Ron at Rojos on their Chemical-Free ECOSmarte swimming pool . For the record we use no salt and HAVE NEVER taken one complaint on Rojos
Very easy to work with. Customer focused. Not all pool repairs are clear cut. Some situations take an individual with true experience and the ability to think outside the box. Ron has experience and was willing to think outside the box to repair a set of fiberglass steps that had developed a void and cracked over the years. I would highly recommend Ron and Rojos Pool Service.
