We were doing a construction project at our home and called 811 before you dig to mark utility lines. The company failed to mark lines for silica broadband, so unfortunately we cut the fiber cable for internet. We notified Dave with Silica on a Sunday evening at 5:30pm, bc it was very important due to the fact I work from home, he came out on a Sunday evening, a few hours after the occurrence happened and worked in the dark until 11:30 pm just to make sure I had internet to start work at 7am. He has amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend his company to anyone, not only is the customer service great, but the internet service is great as well!!

Easy and quick installation and I got the download speed they said I would from fiber - blazing fast, about ...100mbps. They were able to use the cable wires in the house, so no messy or expensive re-wiring and they had me run a speed test to make sure I was satisfied. Why are cable TV companies not this good?

Really great service. Yes Silica internet is a good value and reliable. But their service is outstanding. Last year they managed to get internet into a room that wouldn't received Wifi by sharing a cable with Time Warner. That was good. Yesterday I had DirectTV installed and it wasn't compatible with the equipment Silica installed. I called Jeff at Silica and before the Direct TV installer was finished Jeff came over and installed replacement equipment. It was amazing to see the DirectTV box automatically connect to the internet as well as my WiFi router via Jeff's solution with no manual input. The DirectTV installer had no idea of the solution. It pays to do business with a local company. Thanks Jeff.
Best internet service I've ever had. Blazing fast download and upload speeds for a reasonable price.
