I was initially in contact with the Canadian branch and was really impressed by my consultant's professionalism. However, my experience of the UK Birmingham branch was very different. I applied for my Enhanced DBS through them but it went unaddressed for almost 2 weeks which delayed me from working.

Great agency to work with, they go above and beyond to help you find work. Dave Honey and the rest of the team were on hand to help me find a long term position in a great school, i had a lot of trouble obtaining my reference from my previous employer and Prospero assisted in getting my references in order for me to start working. They keep you updated with whats available and never had any issues with getting paid, so if your thinking about joining just join you will not be disappointed.
Friendly and helpful staff. Adam has good relationships with schools and there is lots of work available which is great. I have had both day to day and longer term supply. Adam and colleagues are always keen to support and readily available to answer any queries.
