Jonathan was the first agent to respond to my online request for car insurance quotes from various companies and after speaking with a few of the others, he's the one I went with. He hooked me up with a Progressive policy since it seemed to be the best one to suit my needs. He was very easy to deal with and took the time to explain things to me in plain English (not just insurance "sales-speak") which made my decision that much easier.
