Haven’t had the best experience with this doctors office over the past year. My primary care doctor is Dr. Ayala but I’ve never actually seen him. I usually only see Dr. Valle. One time when I saw Dr. Valle for anxiety, she basically brushed me off saying my anxiety was only because I just moved here even though I don’t think that had anything to do with it. She never asked me about it or followed up with me on it at a later date. Then, I have been having trouble breathing for five days and after I tell all my symptoms to a medical assistant over the phone the earliest that they can get me in is July 12. Their response was “well if you think it’s serious then go to the emergency room or urgent care”. I don’t see how they don’t have a sick appointment for the next 15 days. Seems a little irresponsible to let someone who’s been having trouble breathing go without a appointment. But maybe that’s just my opinion.
