Awesome move in, I had absolutely no problem, the approval process was fast, I absolutely have no problems at all, nice quite place to line as well

Providence on the park Apartments in Dallas Texas. If you are looking for a nice, safe, clean and peaceful place to live this isn't it. Walls are thin, which causes you to hear screaming kids and grown folks hanging in the corridors. No peace. Awakened 12-3 a.m this summer. SMH. The New Manager: I was given a parking permit, and my registration expired, due to me being laid off, and I can't afford to get it fixed. She tagged my car to be towed in a week, even though I told her my situation. Instead of allowing me to show proof that I actually live here. She stated that it's on the lease for her to have expired registrations on a car towed. The issue is that you are being cruel to a person going through a hardship already. Times are rough, my rent is paid, I am a good tenant. Why mess with me on this petty issue. You alreafy gave me a parking pass too. How about you go after the ones that aren't on the lease but living here, taking all the parking spots up.

I recently shared an update. I want to update that statement; not all complex issues are addressed. I sense the lack of urgency for those who live in the apartment. I have called, emailed, and had a walk-in visit numerous times to share the constant noise disturbance around and above me. It’s not periodically. It’s EVERYDAY. I can no longer enjoy sitting in my living room anymore. Nor be able to work from home comfortably. THAT'S A MAJOR ISSUE messing with my money. I don’t wish any harm to anyone. But if I’m entitled to quiet enjoyment rights. Then that’s my right as a tenant.

The apartments look good when they fix them up but management is HORRIBLE. They have limited amount of visitors parking and that's where this place gets shady. The older lady that manages walks the complex and looks for cars to get towed. She is related to a tow truck driver and she looks for certain cars to get towed. I called the company that had my car it was a CAR LOT with 3 facilities in Dallas. If you move here beware of the car theft going on from the leasing office. Update: any 4 star reviews you see are the owners & investors of this property, they own the tow truck service. No one white lives here it is a trap 98% black live here
