I purchased an out of state boat without a title and was expecting the process to take a long time. The information online was accurate and I was able to get my questions answered on the phone in minutes. I got back the registration way faster than I expected just in time for nice weather. Done all through the mail! Keep up the good work RI DEM.

An employee of Goddard park yelled at a Coach after granting her permission for her to be here. The State needs to have more customer service skills. No employee of the Stae should talk like that. Very childish.

Called in to report some injured wildlife. Always friendly no matter what. Best customer service out there.

Had to get copies of my septic system. Anxiety ridden to go to a state office I was totally shocked. I walked in and worker's there fell over themselves to be helpful. Made several copies and to my surprise there was no charge. Wow.

Always a positive experience! As mush as I hate to say it, they're the only agency in R.I. that has their act together. They call you back, they respond to your E-mails, and the Field officers know their Sh&T. I will only vote for the next politician that wants to allot more money for the DEM. Thank You, keep up the Good work! (.Safety First...Fun Second.)
