No help from the staff. The lady sat on her phone and never offered assistance. I went to the furniture store next door and bought 2 bedroom sets with mattresses and a living room set. Their loss.

Bought a sofa from them, paid for the sofa in full. The sofa was to be delivered several days later. The day before the delivery, they call me to tell me they sold the sofa and delivered it to someone else. I waited for this sofa for several days, and they wait until the day before its supposed to be delivered to tell me they sold it. On top of that, to get the refund I have to drive back to the store--during COVID. Completely unprofessional and unethical. The real reason they are saying they sold the sofa is they are backing out of the deal. I would never do business with this company again. There are several other furniture stores in the area, I will be shopping around because I do not want to give this company my business. Edit: I left my phone number for the manager Carlos to return my call, he never did. Also, after getting my refund I went to an adjacent furniture store (part of the same complex) and got a sectional sofa delivered to my house the same day! In fact, it came approximately 3hrs after I ordered it (crazy) and the delivery fee was approximately 1/2 of what furniture depot charged for a delivery date that was several days later.
This company was my go to for my furniture until I came across the worst experience ever with this company not only did they take my money they deleted evidence showing I paid for merchandise. The contact customer manager mukesh random was not willing to assist continued to contradict his reasoning for not reviewing what happened to the money that was giving they are going to continue say I didn’t not pay for the bench because their employee made error in placing it in the receipt I purchased a couch and a dinning set and this is what I get in return not even a benefit of the doubt to review surveillance to prove the money was provided. Needles to say they lost my business everyone I know is in disbelief and disgusted with the way this was handled completely unprofessional word of advise to any one that shops here make sure if you can you pay with debit if you pay cash maybe record transaction or make sure the worker is paying attention to money provided. Also do not make my error in trusting a company thinking they’d try their hardest to get to the bottom of a situation and make right .

WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! NEVER ANSWER PHONE NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU CALL. ALSO BAUGHT A BED SET AND ONLY GOT DELIVERED 1 DELIVERY IS CHARGED AND WHEN I ASKED WHY THEY SAID THEY HAD SOLD IT I HAD TO WAIT A MONTH. OTHER THAN THAT GOOD PRICES FOR BEDSETS WOULDNT SAY THE SAME FOR OTHER THINGS THEY HAVE
