Great doctors, nurses and staff. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They take extra time to explain things.

Had endoscopy performed and spent a bit of time in the PCU before and after procedure. Staff were all outstanding. Nurses I interacted with were busy but upbeat and friendly. Environment was calming despite my anxiety.

My complaint is with the after support proceeding being discharged. Had a broncoscopy procedure yesterday at miriam. Sent home with paperwork with a contact number if there are any medical concerns from the procedure. The number provided on the paperwork was to the pediatric unit at miriam and another number that just beeps and disconnects. I am an adult patient not a pediatric patient. Called many different numbers within miriam and was transferred to different locations with no help. No one from miriam even called or followed up with me after being discharged from the procedure. There is no nurse i can call or reach out to regarding the after concern of my procedure. There is no one to talk with. I just leave a message and that's all i can do. This is just terrible after discharge patient care.
