Decent station
Small, old, annoying and not very helpful. But they do have new clean trains from Provins to Paris. Validate your ticket at the stamping machine, if one is broken, there is one outside by the other entrance. If both are broken, you toast.
Got a chance to visit one of the beautiful towns near Paris and the experience was phenomenal. Its Century-old architecture includes Ramparts, Huge walls, Cesar Tower, Churches, museums, timbered homes and much more. Rose Garden in the town has a variety of flowers with marvelous green views. There is a mini train available if you want to take a city trip but you can always take a walk to enjoy the admirable streets and unique architecture. Some very tasty cuisines are available in the old town market but the Ice-Cream was mouth watering and my favourite. The city has now been classified as World Heritage by UNESCO so you should definitely consider spending a day there.
