I’ve been with Advance Insurance and Trent for probably 15 years. He is always friendly and helpful. We have great insurance rates as well. Lately, there has also been a very nice person who answers the phone and loves to visit with me when I call. I recommend these guys for sure.

When I first met Trent I was a little intimidated. To people that don't know him already, he may or may not look a little stand-off-ish at first. But I soon realized that he's a very friendly, responsible, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest agent. I was a student at BYU 8 years and the later 5 years I had a car for the first time in my life. He helped me find the best deal in the crazy world of auto insurance and gave me very helpful, easy-to-understand advice that totally suited my needs. Would totally recommend to anyone! :)
I have gone through Trent at Advance Insurance in Provo for many years now, initially because it was the cheapest quote I could find. I have remained a customer because not only have the rates continued to be significantly lower than any other agencies I called, Trent has always gone above and beyond to help make sure my needs were met. When you first meet him (or talk to him for the tenth time), he seems very business-like and even impersonal... That couldn't be further from the truth. I was unfortunately required to make use of my auto insurance in the worst possible way, when my son was killed in a car accident a few weeks ago. Trent maintained his ever present professional demeanor, but has also gone above and beyond in doing what he was able to for me personally and in helping with the claim. I'm grateful for both the agency and the man who runs it.
I would highly recommend. It's a tiny little office, but the guy that works there is super nice and you can always call him if you have questions.
