The pharmacy staff did what they could to help me recieve my prescription and patiently worked with me and my insurance company. Never needed prescriptions filled or needed medications. The staff here really helped me stay calm and reassured me to stay positive and that any situation no matter how big or small will be resolved. Friendly staff here. Thanks guys and gals

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was asked several times as I walked through the store if I needed help finding anything. Real reason for visiting was the great new deal they have on Epipens. 2 pack will cost you 110, but with my insurance it was only 15!

Worker was careless and not wearing her mask, when I looked online, CVS stated you could print photos from a film at their stores. When I asked if it was possible the worker sighed has to pause her show she was watching on her I pad, and after restating the question once more, she followed my question with the statement that they could not print my photo. When I told her online had said otherwise, she stated twice," nice try nice try" ... in other words... come get this girls mom and let them have a lil talk about basic customer service

I have been using this CVS location as my pharmacy for over three years now. I really like it. The drive through is convenient and usually very quick. They are almost always very friendly and helpful. I have two autoimmune diseases and am unfortunately, therefore, on a lot of prescriptions. Some of my meds aren’t widely used and, as a result, aren’t kept stocked; so they (sometimes) have to order them in for me. When that’s the case, the medication is almost always in the very next day! I love how they have the option to do automatic refills on most of my medications. ️ And, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how they text me to ask if I want a medication refilled (when I don’t have it set up for automatic refill). It’s so convenient and it makes my life so much easier. All you have to do is text back a Y or a N to either get it refilled or not have it refilled just yet. Also, I am on a medication that my insurance will not cover. My doctor checked local pharmacies (on Good Rx) and it just happened to be cheapest at CVS! That made life so much easier, as I didn’t end up needing to make a second pharmacy trip. Not only that, it ended up being even cheaper than the price quoted on Good Rx! I don’t often go inside; but when I do, they are almost always extremely nice and very helpful. My only complaint (and, thus the reason for a 4 star review; instead of 5) is the pharmacy hours. The pharmacy currently closes at 8:00 pm. It would be really nice if they could be open at least another hour, maybe two. I mean, there’s a pharmacy right down the street that is open 24/7! But, there’s a lot of good reasons I do not use that pharmacy. I used to use it, but had one too many bad experiences. It’s worth it to use CVS instead!

I’ve had several unpleasant interactions with the pharm tech Megan. (The southern accented, cackling, arrogant, condescending, employee with a terrible demeanor that all the horrible reviews are about.) I have previously delayed giving CVS my prescriptions just to avoid her if she was working- she’s that bad. Then I realized my insurance works with a few other pharmacies in the area, and I made the switch. I can’t believe this excuse of a grown woman still has a job with the way she treats customers, even her coworkers. How many 1 star reviews need to be left? How many times does the pharmacist need to be pulled aside (I’ve literally overheard other patients complaining to the pharmacist about how nasty she is)? CVS, you’re losing business by continuing to employ this brat.

Great pharmacy, they're quick to fill prescriptions, and have always been very helpful. When it looked like they had run out of toilet paper one of the staff members even got some more out the back for me. :)

I haven't had good experiences here. Some workers stop assisting customers well before closing time, and I was turned away for a flu shot because the fellow said he didn't want to do anymore, although I had an appointment for that time. It was very unprofessional.
