I can see that occasionally you have drinks go out. This machine had no ice and these signs that say “out” looked like they had been there for months. Otherwise, I love bagels and Einstein’s does bagels well but in this case got a simple order wrong.

Can’t respect a place that chastises you over how you wear your mask. Had it pulled down below my nose to ask my toddler who couldn’t hear me what they wanted to eat and was told to wear my mask above my nose the entire time I was in there. Which it was besides when I was talking to my kids. This is not the first time we’ve had a poor experience there but it was certainly the last. I’m done supporting them.
Ordered a bagelrito it was so chewy I couldn't eat it. Also ordered 2 different coffees a mocha and a caramel macchiato. The caramel macchiato was served cold. The mocha had no flavor, other than coffee. I choked both of them down only to discover that the flavoring had been left at the bottom. After an experience as egregious as this, I don't think I'll be going back.
Pretty disappointed. We went there in the early morning to place an order for fresh warm bagels but that is not what we got. They were cold like refrigerator cold and stiff. Had I known their quality had gone down like this I wouldn't have wasted my time standing line forever and just gotten the same quality of bagel at a grocery store in half the time.
Never a bad bagel here! Everyone is super friendly too.
Okay I love this place! The specialty bagels are soooooo killer! One warning though if you are in a hurry this isn’t the place to go! I feel like every time I’ve been here it takes so long, employees are helping call ins before you, and sometimes the employees walk in right as you do from a break outside or something. But I will say their hash brown bagel is to die for!

This place was amazing! The bagel was delicious, and all the ingredients were fresh!! The staff was really nice! They even gave me a free extra topping! I’m definitely coming here again! 10/10
