I love these guys! I can't say enough good things. We are very happy with how our remodel turned out. Fine Design did a small addition to our laundry room, and re-did 3 of our bathrooms. They were always so respectful of us and our home/space. Very clean to work with, although construction is just messy business. Jordan ALWAYS returns phone calls and texts. Tyler is the best foreman I have ever worked with. If you are on the fence, the thing that pushed me over the edge was Jordan's design experience and desire to make the layout something we would love. We were working with tight spaces and he spent a lot of time thinking about how we could get the most out of the square feet we had. Overall, his layout ideas were far superior to what my husband and I came up with. All the other contractors that bid for us did not go the extra mile to rethink the layout of our rooms. I'm very grateful we went with Fine Design!

Fine Design did a great job finishing our basement. I am really happy with the finished product. The bathroom is fantastic and exactly what we pictured. We have a beautiful custom closet that we love. Everything turned out great, and they were very accommodating with the changes we wanted. Tyler and Jordan were both great to work with. It did take over a month past what we thought and sometimes we would go a week without seeing someone or hearing what was happening next. Overall it turned out great and the price was fair. We love our new basement.
Fine Design Construction did a great job finishing our 1750 sq. ft. basement. Jordan was great to work with. He listened well and respected our preferences; he also gave good advice when we needed it. Ty and the rest of the team were all very professional and did high quality work. They were flexible when we changed our minds; they fixed things if we weren't happy; they communicated well. We were very happy with almost every sub. The painter was excellent and took great pride in his work. The drywall finishers were great with the smooth ceiling. The electrician did really neat, nice work. The tile was laid perfectly. The cabinet guys matched the wood grain for the doors and drawers. The only sub we weren't happy with was the carpet guy, who gave us a bunch of samples that he didn't seem to have in stock. The project was completed a bit later and at a bit higher price than estimated, but I tend to expect that with construction, and I attribute it to: (a) the fact that it was a very busy construction season in Utah, and (b) we chose quite a few upgrades throughout the project. I never felt like Jordan or his team were trying to take advantage of us. They made clear what the costs were at every step and did quality work. They even came back a year later when we had an electrical issue and fixed it with no charge. I'm very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.
I hired FineDesign for a kitchen/dining area remodel in the fall of 2017. This was after searching dozens of companies and getting bids from five. I could not have asked for a better company for this project. It was a major remodel for my 75 yo house. Jordan and Tyler's expertise shows in the finished project which amazes all who see it -including me every day since completion. The workmanship, professionalism, and the assurance that I would get exactly what I wanted for my money is what they delivered and yes-they are also extremely nice people! They will be on speed dial for my next project!
Fine Design did a fairly extensive home remodel for us, including a new kitchen. Throughout the project we had some unique asks but they were handled with a willing-ness to be flexible. We were able to put our own personal touches on the design while receiving guidance when needed and the end result was really spot on with what we hoped for. Tyler, the main craftsman did great work and all of the sub-contractors that also came in seemed to be trusting, quality workers. Jordan, the head contractor, continually ensured the work was up to par and in line with our wants. In fact, on a couple occasions he had work re-done, despite the hassle. He’s shown to us that it is a priority of his to make sure his clients are pleased with the work that is performed. In the end, the remodel did take quite a bit longer and cost more than expected but all in all we are happy with how our home turned out.
