They’re really good, and it seems they’ll usually try to hook you up with discounts you don’t know about if you are nice to them. Waiting can be variable with how busy they are, so don’t get mad when things take longer than 10 seconds. Been going to them for a few years, never had any issues. Also, free water in the waiting area, along with cable tv shows you never knew existed.

Very helpful and concerned about the quality of my experience. The lifetime alignments deal is excellent, I bring my vehicle in every 4 months and they align it for me. They also have regular discounts on oil changes so I do that while I'm there as well.
Eddy has always taken great care of my car and everyone that I've sent here. Rocky is a VERY knowledgeable and honest mechanic. I've bought tires at other tire shops until I purchased from Eddy. I'll never go anywhere else. Their lifetime alignment is well worth the . I'd definitely recommend this Firestone, but only this Firestone to anyone needing tires. I went to the Orem store once and that won't happen again. Eddy has earned my business for life.
Went in for a simple tire change with a flat and was told it would take 3-5 hours. After 8 hours went and got it and they did not have them changed and instead put gel in and filled them up. Luckily I had a warranty so I didn't have to pay them,but it went from 35 PSI to 10 PSI overnight and I can't even drive back up. Thanks Firestone!
I've been a customer here for a while and appreciate this location's professional and courteous service. They have always been quick and explain things to me when I have questions. I'd recommend them.
Been going to these guys since I moved to Utah. They're honest and give great service, they're as quick as possible and have fair prices. If you qualify for the Firestone Credit account, it's really worth it to keep car trouble from ruining your bank account. Got road hazard on snow tires I got there in November, they just replaced a destroyed tire for sixteen bucks! Def get the road hazard and insurance. Great guys.
Thanks Firestone Tire for COMPLETELY ruining everything in the trunk of my car. Not only were you lazy and just didn't want to put the spare tire WHERE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN, you placed the tire on all of my things in the back (important papers and other expensive items) I am not one to complain but someone needs to know how to have common sense when it comes to simply putting the spare back where it was before. Fair warning to anyone that needs a tire fix, for claiming they are 'professionals' at the service they do you would at least expect them to be able to put the spare tire back where it was and not crushed on your things. Good luck.
Everything I've had them do has had to be redone multiple times. I revisit for issues with my tires from them at least once a month. I also have to add air to my tires every week. They can't figure out why. It might be better to go somewhere else. I have spent over 1000 having their work redone. I have had to fill my tires every week since they put them on. And they claim not to ever have my size of valve stem...I drive a Toyota with everything stock. Nothing I have had them do has lasted longer than a few months.
