I can't even begin to describe how incredible the food is. Fresh baked bread, so soft in the middle yet a delightfully crisp crust. The minestrone was made with a flavourful broth and filled with fresh vegetables: carrots, green beans, and potato. And the chicken parm This was no frozen patty. They serve a legit pounded out cutlet, breaded and fried. And it's not just the food. The service and ambience was fabulous. We were sat next to the kitchen and as servers called out orders, they called them in Italian. 10/10 would go again.

The food was alright but I don’t think I would come back. The restaurant was pretty much empty and the ambiance was dull. Very poorly lit. The server brought out some pieces of toast that were pretty bland and some oils to dip them in. The food took a while to cook which was to be expected since it was supposed to be a more authentic restaurant. The portions were incredibly small. They came out with some small salads while we were waiting. I am no expert in authentic Italian food but we wanted to try something more traditional than the Americanized Olive Garden. My husband got the chicken Alfredo and I ordered the spaghetti with marinara and meatballs. Sauce was very overpowered by basil. Wasn’t completely awful but left me wanting for more. At the end of the night the bill was what we would have paid at Olive Garden which at that point would have come with unlimited bread and salad. This wouldn’t be a bad place if they had a makeover and vamped up some of their portions. For overall value and taste, I say it’s a 2.
