Disgusting. Management at La Jolla lets the garbage overflow consistently. If anything is left out, it just stays there. Someone dropped cat litter and it is still there, months later underneath the rest of that garbage. If the photos aren't enough, come stop by and experience the smells of what La Jolla has to offer.

We’ve been very happy with our daughters experience here over the last two years living in #11! Each unit is privately owned and her landlord has been quickly responsive to any needs and very easy to work with. The condo has been maintained and updated really nicely through the years. The kitchen and family room are filled with tons of natural light, the bedrooms are quiet and it’s a very quick walk to campus.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it! Each unit has a different landlord, which in my experience has meant personalized care and fast responses! Quiet part of town, covered parking, close to campus and right off University Ave! By far my favorite place I've lived in Provo. While I can't speak for each individual unit, #11 is amazing!

My roommate and I have loved living here! It's so close to campus and each unit is unique because they are privately owned by different landlords. Apt 11 has a great landlord and is newly renovated which has been really nice. By far my favorite place I've lived during my time at BYU.

I have loved living here. Each unit is privately owned, our landlord was great and it was super nice not having to deal with Aspen Ridge and their crazy cleaning checks and fees. I loved our apartment and the nice, big windows let in so much light and are perfect for plants.

Despite other negative reviews, I haven’t had any problems with this place. Our landlord really cared about us as residents and the apartment. It’s newly renovated and he responded quickly whenever we needed anything. We really loved living here, my favorite place I’ve lived during my time at BYU.

I was in apartment # 10. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The landlords lived all the way in California, their son Ronald who lives an hour away was the one that would come "help" us when the apartment was falling apart. When we moved in the apartment was disgusting. It was covered in like an inch or two of dust, The fridge had food spills in it, and the blinds were all badly stained. And we ended up being the ones to clean it. At the beginning of Quarantine my roommate and I got locked out of our apartment because the batteries in the lock corroded. I was on my lunch break and Ronald didn't want to get off work early so I missed the rest of my shift. In mid summer the A.C. stopped working. It was 90-100 degrees out. And it doesn't get cold enough at night for opening the windows to help. It took them a MONTH to even come and check it out. And when the landlord came he told my roommate to open her vent and for me to move my desk. It was so patronizing. Like he didn't believe it wasn't working even though it was constantly 80 degrees in our house. During that Ronald came to fix our hot water that also stopped working. We had to take FREEZING showers for at least a WEEK before he came and fixed it. They finally got a tech to come fix the A.C. Our land lord told us we would get our full deposit back because of all the issues. But we are moved out for a month now and have not seen a penny. When we moved they accused us of stealing a couch because my roommate took HER couch. They are shady, unprofessional, and lazy. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. One rooms walls don't reach the ceiling so they have no privacy and there's only 2 parking spots for three people, but those are besides the point. ***other units have different landlords

DO NOT LIVE IN UNIT #10! I lived there and rating just one start seems a little unfair because it's way more than what my landlords deserve. The tenants before us moved out early which I imagine happened from poor management skills. The landlords were unresponsive, unprofessional, inattentive, and beyond all inconsiderate. The underground parking is also AWFUL! The stalls are tiny and the entrance is so steep that it's almost impossible to not scratch the bottom of any normal sized car.
