I've had a hard time finding a repair shop I felt like I could trust until coming here. Lindsey takes the time to explain everything clearly and is very upfront and honest about which repairs are necessary and which could wait. She also helped me find ways to save which is so different from my experiences at other places. She goes out of her way to be helpful. It's so nice to have peace of mind when taking in my car. The best customer service, car service, value, and trustworthiness I have ever experienced.

I feel very happy with my service from meineke. I hated meineke after going to the one in Orem by the mall. It was horrible. But this meineke is completely different. The staff was super nice and helpful. The oil change was fast and they were very thorough with checking my car. When they found some repairs I could make they were honest and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. Prices are fair. I would suggest this place over every other one I’ve been to.

These guys are AMAZING! Shout out to Lindsey and her team for doing such a great job on my car. I had a blown head gasket, and needed a new flywheel and clutch plate. I was kind of picky on because I drove a Mini and Lindsey totally understood and supported it. My car runs better than it did when I bought it. Lindsey was excellent at communicating everything that came up and gave me updates often. I've already recommended friends to come here and I know I'll be coming here from now on. I live out in salt lake and this team is worth the drive — if your car can make it lol. Thanks for the great work!

This is my favorite car repair place. So honest, clear, and a good value. They only charge for what they need to and have done a few things for me few of charge. I trust them because of their integrity and good work. Their waiting area is clean and has nice food. Highly recommend!

I am now a repeat customer after having an initial positive experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nicely addressing my questions. I asked if someone could help me make sure I was reading the oil levels on my dipstick correctly... and they did! They seem thorough and let me know of any possible concerns, but not pushy. A report of what they did was texted to my before I even left the building! Yep.. I’ll be returning to Meineke for my car needs.

Dishonest in the most laughable way. My wife took her vehicle in to drop off for an oil change and I went to pick it up. Their tech came out of the back with a printed multi-page list of things that were "wrong" with the vehicle that they should fix before I left, such as having no appreciable fluids in two reservoirs. They took pictures of the dipsticks for those fluids which had obviously been cleaned off, and I was able to verify for myself that they were perfectly fine. Tried to upsell more than 100 worth of unnecessary service for the vehicle because they thought their victim didn't know enough to tell them no.

Meineke has really stepped up their game. I got emailed a photo report of the condition of my vehicle, which was awesome! They also noted a couple things I'll want to take care of as soon as possible, which, for me, means after the snow stops flying and I can out our other tires on. :-) Great service--very speedy.
