The management is incredibly ignorant and disrespectful. Our apartment was falling a part. If your roommate has a pet they will not warm you you before you move in. Don’t recommend.

Good location, decent ward, but I would not reccomend it to anyone. They are independently owned condominiums and so you have to go through the owner as the landlord. There is no cohesion in contracts and they do not give fall-winter only contracts, forcing you into a year long contract that you will probably have to cancel or transfer and will then be charged with an unreasonable transfer fee.

Best place I have lived at BYU. Everyone is so friendly and the ward feels like a family. This place has really developed a culture of kindness as well as fun. The ward is fantastic with a Bishopric that really cares about you and wants to help you have a spiritually uplifting experience in your time there. There are 2 different layouts for the complex. One side of the complex has 2 shared rooms. The other side of the complex has 1 shared loft and 2 private rooms. The private rooms have their own bathrooms as well. There is a washing machine, dryer, and a dishwasher. High vaulted ceilings and a spiral staircase also add a nice touch. They are a little old, but they make you feel like you are at home. I never had a problem with management when I was there. It was the first place I lived after I returned home from my mission and after 2.5 years of being home and living in other places I would easily go back.

I loved this place to death when I lived here! I had amazing roommates and neighbors - everyone was super friendly and seemed to know each other, so it was easy to make friends. The location is great too. Super close to BYU campus and right around the corner from the Provo Rec Center. The only complaint I have is how long management took to take care of repairs. The blinds in our kitchen weren't fixed for more than four months after I asked them to come fix it. And the dryer was so bad we had to dry our clothes twice, sometimes even three times.
