We have been lucky enough to have been with Multiserve for 14 years! They have saved us thousands and thousands of dollars while providing us with amazing customer service. Lindsay Critchfield has been fantastic to work with us this whole time, educating us about insurance and helping us acquire and maintain appropriate coverages during the many stages we’ve gone through. I tried to get a quote from them. The staff was very rude and blunt. It's very unpleasant to talk to. The worst insurance agent. Why I need to give them business?!!!! Stay away from them. Terrible!!!
This is a review of one person at Multiserve: Kim S. She has been our home/business/auto agent for a couple of decades, and the woman knows her business. She has become a personal friend through the professional relationship. They always want you, these insurance companies that advertise of TV, to think you'll be in "good hands" with them, but Kim is the real deal. She knows us, knows the business, knows our needs, and makes sure we are safely covered. There are other agents at the place I don't want to do business with (not ALL the other agents, just one or two who I don't trust and whose lives show they are personally irresponsible - I know these things about them because my daughter worked at the office for a while - agents are agents - each is different, even in the same office. Kim has never said a word about them). Kim is totally honest. Totally real. She's been there for us, like I say, over about fifteen to twenty years. I love working with people I can depend on.
If you want a great agent get a quote from Sarah P. She is friendly and knows her stuff. Ask for her like I did and she will take care of you!
