Super friendly and helpful!! The assistant manager came out and helped me install the right windshield wiper after I bought the wrong one and exchanged it. Fast service and they know their stuff! Definitely recommend!
Great auto parts store. I drive an old Porsche, and even if they don't have the parts I need, they can get them shipped in quickly.
Is a small trivial part like an O-ring that I couldn’t find anywhere. I came into the O’Reilly in Provo and Dawson help me he gave me great service and help me find the part that I was looking for. He even help save me a trip I’m running some errands which was much appreciated thanks again Dawson.
They allowed me to change my spark plugs and work on my motorcycle in the parking lot. That helps out a lot when you're over 2,000 miles from home.
I went in for wipers and the guy was so nice. He even came out in the snow to put them on. I didn't even ask, he just offered. Great customer service.
Fast service and when we called ahead about chains they agreed to hold the last set they had for us until we could get there. Really great service, since the size and type we needed were sold out at every other store I called.
