I love their stuff! They have good fragrance oils for a decent price and you can smell them in store, which is important to me since there are so many bad smells out there.
I've shopped here for a few years now. They have a great selection and competitive prices. I'd give them 5 stars except that I went into the shop today and was "helped" by two teenage girls. They asked what I wanted and charged me, but I have to say, it was the most awkward experience I've had at a store before. I got the feeling that I somehow messed up their day by coming to buy something. One of the girls kept whispering to the other one. I mean, I was in the shop 3 minutes and you couldn't just wait to do the whispering until I was gone? Like I said. Super awkward. They weren't happy to see me. Reluctantly helped me, (all I needed was 2lb lye) and seemed relieved when I left 3 minutes later. Well, ladies, you weren't the only ones relieved when I left! I'm thinking I'll order online from now on.
They have amazing prices, products and customer service! I have been coming here for years now. All the girls working there are super polite and very helpful.
Just recently shopped here, and the two girls who helped me were the sweetest. I am super happy about the prices and quality of their products. Will definitely be going back!

Wonderful owner who cares if you succeed in your lotion and soap making endeavors. Superb fragrance and essential oils, as well as, a good source for bulk lye.
