We've been going to this trusted pharmacy for 12 years. All employees and pharmacists go above and beyond. We TRUST THESE PHARMACISTS, WHO ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE , and buy the specials and these plenti points adds up to more savings.
Customer beware - I just came from Rite Aid (Jan 4). I had rarely visited the store before but went there because the urgent care Dr. said it was open until midnight. Unfortunately, starting Jan 1 they changed their hours to be closed at 10. I got there about 9:40. The pharmacists were very kind and helpful in spite of the fact that they were filling my prescription at 5 mins after 10. But when I went to leave the store the owner or manager, whom ever he was, started yelling at me telling me the store was closed. I have rarely been treated so rudely by any business owner. He quickly ushered me out the door to find others outside needing to find a pharmacy. He yelled at them also, angrily saying that signs had been posted for weeks and shooed them away with his hand as if they were animals. He was most unhelpful when they asked if he knew of another pharmacy that might be open that time of night. I will never give that store my business again if that is how they treat their customers. All of this was done in the presence of my sick 9 year old son. It was shameful.
Pharmacists Jeff and Brian were very knowledgeable, customer-centric, friendly, and professional this evening as they generously took care of a re-billing issue for us. Will continue to drive a far distance to continue to enjoy this Rite Aid's customer service!!
I drive 60 miles to go to this store! Where I live they treat you like dirt and this place is one of the best.
When me and my little brother come to this store as soon we walked in the workers (elder lady and a white male)started to follow us and watching us from a close distance like we were going to steal. And when other person Caucasian person came in they didn't even watch or followed them around. The employees are racist and stereotypes. So sad what world we live in.
