Love the fresh, hot bread & oil. Don't love the bread that is cold & stale, sometimes brought out. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but sometimes our meal is only as good as the server. Some servers are 5 star servers, others are a 2-3, having a lot of personal issues that should be left behind, once they tie that apron on. I like the new menu except , that I can't get over they stopped the chicken Tuscano soup a few years ago‼ Can it please come back⁉️It is soooo very good‼️ no soup I have tasted since then, has even been edible. We like the fresh new menu. That Chicken Parmesan Salad is so delish, and the Chicken Parmesan entree is perfection‼️ The new appetizers are amazing️The Alfredo sauce is ummmmmThey have an internet "club" to join for free. Do it‼️ They send me amazing deals, or let me know when something new is happening. We have all noticed the shocking, shrinking size of their delicious desserts. The lemon passion cake is a classic favorite‼ About 2/3 smaller, same, if not higher cost. This is directed to the upper management....Don't skimp on dessert‼️ The women will always note it, and stop coming. Other than that, I am always happy to come break bread with la familia‼️

My husband and I went here for the first time in years. The service was terrific and the hostess was able to seat us in a cozy spot in the back upon request. We got the Calamari appetizer and my husband had a pecan chicken salad and I had a chicken pasta dish. Everything was delicious! I would definitely go back. The only thing I didn't care for was the open kitchen area. I always think those are too loud, which is why I asked for table away from it.
Have visited this place at two distinctly different times: 4 pm on a Sunday, with the restaurant empty except for us, and 7 pm on a Saturday, when the place was packed. We made a reservation to skip the long wait that walk-in guests faced. Both times, we received exactly the same exceptional service. Funny enough, the server McKay was our server both visits, which was fine because he is an awesome server. He is funny and personable and took really good care of us, keeping our drinks refilled and checking on us at least twice while we ate! The first time we went, my boyfriend decided to get steak. I warned him not to but he did anyway. When it came out he was wildly disappointed: while it was really good, it was about the size of a baby's fist! I got the truffle mac and cheese. It was so good I got it again the next visit! Definitely recommend it. My boyfriend got spaghetti the next time and he thought it was delicious. The fried mozzarella appetizer was awesome too! If you order the right things (not steak) and make a reservation when coming at a busy time (Friday night or Saturday), and also come braced for the relatively high price, you'll for sure have a good experience!
It's pretty noisy and the use butcher paper to cover the table, but that's part of why we like it here. They give you crayons to color on the paper! What could be better? Delicious food? They've got that too. We've gone several times, and have never been disappointed with the food or service.
Did not enjoy our service tonight, unfortunately. I won't name names, but our server did not seem attentive and messed up our order. Got our "salads" after our meals. No dressing whatsoever. Got asked if we wanted our check after only having our food for five minutes. Our server would just disappear. We had to ask for water. And both dessert orders were wrong. I'm not one to complain, but just too many things went wrong to say it was an enjoyable visit. My father enjoyed his lasagna though.
I don't know how anyone could give this place anything less than a 5-star review. My wife and I have come here 2 or 3 times a year for 4 years, and it is always a treat. I keep meaning to review the place, but the service today has been outstanding. Our server, Cory, was perfect. She wasn't overbearing, but was always on hand. The food is amazing. I always get the Buffalo chicken parmesan. Can't recommend this place enough. Manager Lawrence was great
My husband and I have made it a tradition to come here every year for our anniversary. We went to celebrate our 4 year tonight. We had the best experience yet, Miriam was our waitress and she was very attentive, but not overly in our face. One of the best service experiences we've ever had. THANKS!
We were seated right away, which was nice. Our waiter was very courteous and friendly but that is where it began and ended. The bread took forever. The food took even longer and then it was horrible. My daughter and I split the Fettuccine Alfredo. It tasted like it came from a generic brand box that you buy at Wall Mart. I could have made better at home and I'm not that good of a cook. It was just noodles and the sauce. VERY BLAND! I complained to the waiter and he did add some chicken and broccoli but I kind of lost my appetite by then. My daughter's friend had the Ravioli and it made her sick and did not taste that good. The water was warm and no ice. I see now why we were seated so quickly, everyone else knows what I now know. Won't be going there ever again!
