Had an issue with batteries I had purchased from here and when I brought them in because I was having problems they did the test and it showed good however the employee took the time to go the extra mile since I told him I knew there was a problem and was able to identify the problem and get my batteries warranted!!

When you are able to get a hold of them they are able to provide decent service. The hard part is getting in touch with someone at this location. I'm my experience it is nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone. On several occasions I have spent over 20 minutes on hold, eventually I get transferred back to the main desk because no one answered at the tire center and then they transfer me back. Honestly, it is ridiculous. I am considering cancelling membership because of their lack of service.

They were very quick and didn't pressure me into any unnecessary upgrades or extra services I didn't need. Would definitely return for another battery replacement.

Went in to replace all 4 tires (we weren't sure about the remaining tread), got great recommendations from Vince, and he advised that the tread has some life left, so we didn't need to replace them, but if it snows and we don't like the slip, to bring the car in. Didn't try to force a sell on us. Great customer service!

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly associates. Will help you get the right tires for you. You can also shop while they work on your car. It's a good idea to call before hand and make an appointment.
