I go to this location about once a week and have had plenty of good experiences. I have only ever gone through the drive-thru, which can be long occasionally- but overall the workers are super kind and compliment me every time. The drinks are also yummy as well.

I went to several Starbucks before but Provo has the best Frappuccino! The ice is always nicely blended with the flavor.
The drink was great! But the lid.... was dirty? I could actually make out a finger print. I just took the lid off and drank from the cup, but I was kinda grossed out :(
This location is great, so modern and nice. I am so happy to have a Starbucks in Provo. It is busy and it takes a while to get a drink. The parking isn't great because the drive-through line will go all the way around the parking lot blocking access to parking spots. Provo needs more Starbucks, but I am so happy we have this one.
Just bought two Grande Lattes both of which only had a single shot of espresso. Disappointing! Went back today (a day later) and they comped us our order to make it right. Excellent staff! Will be making this a daily!
It's your basic Starbucks location staff is happy and helpful drinks are Standard
So far my experience with this location has been great. The staff is friendly and I love the positive energy here, even in the morning. Drinks always taste on point and I say this as an ex-barista. I’ve only had one occasion where I had to switch my drink for a new one but the service has always been good. My only negative thing is they occasionally close for random periods, which I don’t understand. I’m wondering if it might be a COVID-related situation? I went by today and they had a closed sign outside, kind of strange. Other than that I hope everything is cool! It’s been a great experience so far.
