Taylor carpets is amazing. I've worked with many flooring companies over the years and these guys are the best I've worked with. Their pricing is competitive, their customer service is spectacular, and the quality of work is fantastic. They put a new laminate floor in for me and I was amazed by the craftsmanship of their guys. I couldn't have hoped or asked for anything more. Don't hesitate to give these guys a call! I've attached a photo of the job they did for me. AMAZING!

If I was rating just the installation, I would give 5 stars. I had wood flooring installed in my living room, and was told at the time of the measuring that there would be a nice transition where the living room floor meets the kitchen floor. They even lifted out the kitchen floor heating vent to see what was in the kitchen. I didn't find out until after it was all complete that the flooring in the kitchen is almost a full inch above the new living room floor and that there is no 'nice' transition piece that can be used there. Finally after a month of not hearing from them they wanted to install a transition piece that would make the difference in the floor levels even more. Had I known that there would be such a huge difference before the install, I would have used a different type of wood in the living room or had the kitchen done as well. The living room looks awesome though!!

Matt and crew at Taylor Carpets are great...love the carpet , love the service and excellent pricing. They installed carpet in three bedrooms for me. Looks beautiful, plus I love the smell of new carpet...they came when they said they would come. When I need more carpet I will be going back to Taylors....good people who work there.

Colt was our salesman that Amy and I met at the Home Show. Colt came to our home and measured and our bids for a waterproof 30 yr warranty can’t be beat. Colt is the best!! Colt was our salesperson and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful making our decision process very easy. He knew my budget and went above and beyond to go under my budget. In less than 24 hours he came with samples and did measurements. Then at delivery and installation the installer Ernesto, Giuseppe and Jesus was efficient, on time and exhibited a great knowledge of carpet installation, moving furnitures and after care. They did the whole house in like 7 hours which is 5 bedrooms 1 office room and living room The overall experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend Taylor carpeting.
