My husband and I were running late for a date night before he left for a few days on a trip..I called Pizza Factory & asked if it would be okay if we got there about 20 minutes before closing. The guy who answered the phone was so friendly, and made us feel welcomed. When we got there, everyone else was upset that we were coming in so close to closing, but Noah was so kind to us. He stayed and waited on us, and gave us amazing service and was so welcoming to us and made sure we weren’t rushing to eat and that we were comfortable and happy. Noah was fantastic, and definitely deserves a raise. ()

This was a great night out with a big group. Our server was incredibly friendly and prompt. The barbecue chicken pizza was delicious. The bread twists are a must. They are ready to accommodate big groups. You can usually find good deal for families as well.
We went around 6:00p on a Friday and they were already out of several different options. Also, when the waitress brought the pasta, it was clear that it had been on the plates for a while already. Very kind wait staff, but I was a bit disappointed overall.
We chose to eat here and called ahead to see the wait time. We had a party of 3 and were told 40 minutes, possibly sooner with our small group. Sounded great, so we headed over and checked in with the hostess. She didn't take our name down for our group which I thought was odd but there were only a few parties in the lobby so I figured it wasn't a big deal. While waiting we witnessed a few customers with takeout orders come back due to errors with their orders. This made us a bit more nervous. Eventually we were up next and the hostess came out and proceeded to seat a party of 4 that checked in well after us. After that we got up and left altogether. Super disappointed, we will not be returning to this location, it is poorly managed.
Chicken Alfredo pizza with some raspberry lemonade. Medium was more than enough to feed two of us and leave leftovers. Don't forget to get the bread twists.
