Found this wonderful restaurant online. Drove out of our way and it’s closed for COVID. Darn. Please update your hours of service online. Thanks.

Very nice little cafe located inside the NuSkin building on Provo center street. The menu is fairly healthy and my favorite to order is the grilled cheese with a side salad. If you have time walk down center street (probably 50 feet west of the Street entrance) and check out the Gunnison Sage Grouse mural.
The food is great and they have options for people with all types of allergies. You have to tell them upfront while ordering, that you want gluten free, dairy free, etc. I usually ordered the 'make your own bowl,' with rice and vegetables. You have a lot of options to make your own bowl, with combinations of rice/pasta/salad, vegetables, proteins, garnishes and dressings.
Wow! Amazing food. The fresh herbs (grown on site) make all the difference. Very happy with our breakfasts. Looking forward to coming back for lunch sometime soon.
The Spoon Cafe is in an open shopping mall like space which I believe to be part of the Nu Skin headquarters. It has a cold cafeteria like cafe feel to it. Their menu is cluttered with choices which is overwhelming. I went for lunch and got their Apricot-Glazed Salmon Entre. Overall a very good dish. The Salmon pulled apart nicely, tasted good. The veggies and brown rice I chose for sides were a good compliment to the dish. Medium portions. My experience at the spoon was an overwhelming menu, an underwhelming atmosphere, and slightly above average food. I'll have to go again at dinner and see if it's more lively then. Great potential and I would reccomend the salmon. 4/5.
A little pricey but, you do get some really tasty food, worth the wait. Nice atmosphere, great people, and large menu selection. If your wondering what to get in the area, this is a place to consider, if you have a hefty wallet.
I have eaten at the Spoon several times. I've gotten specials, I've gotten classics, I've tried new menu items. The thing is, despite the wide range of dishes I've had, I can still say with confidence that the food just isn't very good. The fatal flaw of every dish is they try to put a "healthy" spin on even the most straightforward foods, which ultimately ends up ruining whatever you're eating. The staff and kind and courteous and ordering is a snap, but for those kinds of prices I at least expect to enjoy my meal. If you want to try it, fine, just be aware that even the best dishes are mediocre.
Decent food. Don't have the potatoes wedges, soggy and under cooked, sandwich was great.
