The Startup Building is in an odd location to be sure. However, the historic nature of the building provides an industrial style setting which serves as a nice backdrop for events. The facility was well equipt for serving food, A/V equipment, Projector screens, and outdoor dining. Public restrooms are on the premises and there is ample parking for any event less than 300 people.

Set up an appointment to see the place the night before, only to get there the next morning wondering "where is this guy?" and check my phone to see that he pulled a "are you sure that you still want to meet today?" While I'm sitting there. I messaged back that I was waiting there outside and waited for an hour but he never showed. Additionally I was ghosted for another several days after. Needless to say, I couldn't imagine doing business here with this level of unprofessionalism.

Incredibly fun and professional vibe. We moved from a home office to the Startup Building in a smaller suite. The conference rooms help us feel significantly more professional when people come to the office for meetings. The pricing is great, the area is great, the atmosphere is great - it's exactly what we were looking for.
