Wow! Everyone I have worked with has been amazing to work with! They are all very understanding, they listen well, and are all so kind. I backed into a pole awhile back and Carolynn helped me find the nearest auto body shop near me, where I went and took my car in and got it all fixed. It was a super quick and an easy process. She was so kind and helpful. Then a couple weeks later I had another case filed, and Jed helped me out, he was so great and very helpful, I kissed someones bumper and she didn't want to call the police so we just switched phone numbers, I didn't recall seeing anything on her vehicle that I did right then and there.I knew this lady was fishy, she was trying to file me for a rusty dent on her trunk, a corner on her bumper that had been patched with paint and a cracked windshield. So within a couple days they sent out a guy that was super awesome as well and he came to me and looked at my car, grabbed measurements and everything. The guy came out and looked at my car, and clearly knew what was going on, they knew everything didn't match up correctly. I appreciate everyone who I've worked with here! I will definitely be staying with United forever! They listen so well, and are quite affordable for full coverage insurance!! We were at another insurance and switched to them and our bill is at least 150 lower than we were paying previously, and we didn't even have full coverage at our other insurance! So thank you United Insurance for being reasonably priced, and so amazing with your customer service!! I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE !!

I was hit by a United Insurance insured guy. Talk about a smooth, honest, accommodating process!! Adjuster came out promptly to view my car. Assessment performed - very significant repairs made, checks cut, rental car covered. NO hassle, no questioning. Trusted what I was telling them, paid claims quickly. VERY impressed!!! Thank you!

I have been with United Underwriters for 8 years & have always had exceptional service. We had an accident that was handled extremely well. I felt cared for and knew I'd be taken care of in no time. We decided to write our home and have been so impressed, especially with their new earthquake coverage! So affordable and what a great idea. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We have Auto Insurance through United Insurance Group. I got in an accident and they were very understanding and quick to get me a claim number. However there was a lot of work on my part, I thought that for most other Auto Insurance agency's they were the ones doing all of the calling and scheduling on the customers behalf. That was not my case. The contact or representative that was assigned my clam was a pain in the butt to deal with. She was nice and respectful, However she was the hardest to get a hold of I tried calling countless times left the same amount of voice messages yet still no response but if I emailed, she would respond with in 4 hours. I was expecting for things to be more smooth but they were not. On a more positive note they took care of paying for everything they said they would. My claim rep. who I was already not a fan of she told me that my car rental was going to expire within the next couple days yet I was allotted close to 20 days and i had not even hit 14. I was quite frustrated with her and dealing with her. More stress then was necessary. United Insurance Group though was not hard to deal with the company them selves were great and forward and again they paid for everything really quick and got things moving. My Biggest Problem again was my claim rep. It took her 2 weeks to submit by paper work to the other insurance agency that was going to reimburse me for my deductible. But in the end it all got worked out and We were taken care of.

The absolute worst most unprofessional communication and buainess relationship i have had to date in my life. We are so frustrated with the lack of communication or when there is communication it is false promises that are never followed up on by our sales person / representative. USE EXTREME DILIGENCE WHEN CHOOSIG AN INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE IN THE END YOU MAY JUST END UP PAYING FOR IT YOURSELF...like we are right now. If they choose to deal with this matter promptly I may change my rating but it is and has been completely up to the manager and sales person involved with us to make it happen. I am not confident in the response i will get. They may refuse my claim based on needing more profit for thei investors. Fiduciary responsibilty is their goal NOT people. Wein Russell is the most incompetent customer service people if your house is old and you no are the first owned the property they don't pay for the damages

We are so frustrated with the lack of communication or when there is communication it is false promises that are never followed up on by our agent. UPDATE: Our claim was finally paid so. Changed my review. I really was worried as our agent assured us we would get reimbursed so we spent what they allotted and when they didn't refund us for over six months or more it put a strain on our business and family we were tapped had all this new stuff we couldn't return either to use that money we so desperately needed. It was a very stressful time for our family in many ways and this was almost as bad as the fire we had. Zane Ketchum

The main contact Ryan deserves more than 5 stars, he was excellent to work with. This company definitely offers great customer service and client follow up. My experience with United Underwriters, Provo, UT office was wonderful. My Claim Representative was quick, efficient, detail-oriented, and patient. He saw my claim smoothly from beginning to end. I can only hope other insurance companies provide this type of positive experience!
