The service is fantastic. The Provo branch has amazing people. I did my first car loan and account here in 1995. I’ve worked with several managers, including Jennifer, and they’ve been careful and friendly. They always hire good people here. Always nice to be recognized by face too.

I’ve always been impressed with the excellent customer service we’ve received at Utah First but my experience with them today was even more amazing. My husband and I went in to refinance our truck and the entire process was completed within about 15 minutes!! Steven was friendly and helpful and I could not believe how fast and easy it was and we got a much better interest rate than we’d had before!! Thanks so much!!!!
