Since moving into our new townhome in Vineyard just 3 months ago, we have had non-stop issues with the air conditioning not cooling the home and just flat out not working. We are under builder warranty being new construction, but the guys Vollkommen contract out to take forever to get back to us and are extremely unprofessional when they do. We have had 2 separate technicians come out to look at our A/C unit just for them to BS some possible solution that does not fix the issue. The A/C unit was clearly installed faulty. We have heard the same thing from multiple neighbors surrounding us. If I were to go through the home buying process all over again I would NEVER buy a home built by Vollkommen. Save yourself the stress of having constant problems occur with little to no contact from those responsible and choose a builder that is much more trusted and reliable, not Vollkommen.

We recently bought a townhouse built by Vollkommen Construction and have had issues with air conditioning and sloppy construction in many places of the house. Any time we have contacted them about issues it takes forever to get any sort of response and the person they send is extremely unprofessional. We have had to contact someone multiple times about issues with the a/c and the guy said that if there wasn't a real issue then they would have to charge us 98 to send someone out. However, our home is still under builder's warranty and if the a/c continues to have issues then clearly there is a real problem that wasn't being addressed. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy a property built by this company!
