First of all, each apartment in the complex is owned and operated by different people, so the experience in each one will be very different. I live in apartment number one, and it is perfect. The rent was very reasonable, it's really close to campus, there's a grocery store and good restaurants on the same street, there's a washer and dryer in the apartment, the sofa is nice, we have two free parking spots for the four of us living there, and it's all spacious in general as long as you don't have all four of you in the kitchen at once. One bedroom IS quite a bit smaller than the other, so be aware of that when choosing where to sleep!

The apartment is really nice, but it is overpriced and management is not good. Cynthia is fine for most of the year, but I know very few people that weren't ripped off at the final check-out and cleaning check. I spent 6 hours cleaning, and it looked great, but she took 100 from my deposit for extra cleaning. She also charged us for cleaning supplies (10) (although she never told us we had to pay for them), carpet cleaning (40), a mattress pad (20), burner covers for the stove (5), and - this is my favorite - she charged me 1 for the envelope and stamp that she sent me the remnants of my deposit back to me in. I just think you should be aware of these extra charges before moving in.
