Didn't return calls for days. They took 2 weeks longer than they said they would. Their installers showed up hours late with no phone call and they left all of their mess without cleaning up after themselves. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this company and will never use them again.
I needed to order a part for my windows (something called a channel balance) and I called about five other window places and none had the part and none could order them especially as I only needed a few. But Window Monsters immediately told me it was possible and made it happen for me at a very reasonable price. They were kind and patient and just overall great customer service. Thanks!
Window Monsters replaced the windows in my home. The service was great. They arrived exactly when they promised and for the quoted price (which was significantly lower then my other quotes). The windows are energy efficient and qualified for money saving rebates. They have made a big difference in my energy bills for heating a cooling my home. I have also noticed that they have eliminated some of the outside noises from the road and other neighborhood activities. I would highly recommend this small business to anyone considering window replacement or new construction. Go Window Monsters!
