Josh has been here twice in the last 2-3 weeks due to mice invading our house. He was very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. He let me know where the source of the activity was and let me know exactly what I should due. He is very friendly, quick to respond, and knowledgeable on where and how the mice are getting in. Sandy is also wonderful and could chat with her all day! Thanks for being so great!

So thankful that I found this dependable company. They have come out like clockwork for the past year, as I am a platinum package member, and take care of any pest management maintenance on a scheduled basis. The communication is also top notch. I receive notifications and reminders of all maintenance appointments as well as invoices via email. I couldn't be happier with these services and the professionalism of all the staff members. I tried for many YEARS to tackle my pest issues to no avail. Highly recommend this company, as they had everything under control in a couple appointments. Prudential Pest Management is \hands down\ the company to call when this type of service is needed at your home or business. Their response time is incredibly fast. At our previous home a hornet's nest was found by our painter so I Googled \Pest Exterminator\. The reviews Prudential received got my attention so I called immediately. And, I'm glad I did! The owner responded right away and not only rid us of our hornet's nest but he also pointed out other pest areas that may become a problem if not managed correctly. No high-pressure sales tactics...just good old-fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE which is a dying art these days! When bees were spotted around our back yard at our new home location it was a no-brainer who we should call. Don't waste your time checking out other Pest Exterminator Services. I was very pleased with the level of customer service that I received upon speaking with a Prudential Pest Representative. The time frame for getting someone out to my home was scheduled within 24 hours of speaking to someone, and most of all my \bee invasion\ was completely gone the next day! I am pleased to say that I can resume my normal summer relaxation on my deck because of Prudential!
