Absolutely brilliant service from Stephen at Aspen all the way through lockdown! The virtual appointments via FaceTime have been great. Stephen was able to see my injury and make his assessments of my movements then demonstrate exercises which he followed up with paper (via email) exercise sheets. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aspen and Stephen even if you can’t get a face to face appointment.

I cannot rate Steve highly enough. Very generous with his knowledge and understanding, told me everything I needed to know and gave me exercises to solve the problem, which I dutifully did. Kind, honest, and very reasonable prices.
