Twice I’ve been in here in the last month to collect a parcel and twice the same member of staff has asked me for proof of my address and when I’ve said I’ve not got any she’s got very uppity with me ,been in on other days to collect parcels and other staff have never asked for proof of address ,will not use this post office anymore would rather use the one at crawcrook .

The original staff who have worked there for many years are amazing. However, the new manageress is VERY rude, not professional at all and miserable most of the time. She does not know the meaning of customer service. If she worked for me she wouldn't last long.

I always have excellent service and the two staff members that have served me are very pleasant
Nice friendly staff, always happy to help, been here a few times now for change and paying into account and can't say I could fault the place.
