This is the second time I’ve bought through TC&C and both times have been relaxed yet professional. Dan doesn’t pile on the pressure and I was given time to look around the vehicle/test drive without feeling like someone was looking over my shoulder. Part-ex and payment were easy to sort and most of the paperwork was done online so I was ready to drive away really quickly. I’m loving the car and will likely be back again in a few years!
Brilliant service. Very professional. Dan let me look at the car I seen advertised at short notice and never rushed me or pushed me into the purchase of the car. I had an issue with my own finance that took 30 days to sort out and Dan was happy to take a small deposit and keep the car until this issue was sorted. (No other garage would do this) Dan set up all the documents to allow a easy purchase of the car. I did have a little problem after driving the car away but Dan did everything to get this ‘little’ problem sorted. I would definitely recommend Dan and the garage if you have seen a car you like yourself. I know the first place I will be looking when I am looking again! Thanks again to everyone at TC&C
