They were recommended. No mention of a 25 call out fee but we were told either pay the call out fee or 80 to possibly fix the issue. The lad wasn't even sure if it would fix it. Attitude was poor and no prior warning that he would turn up. *EDIT* - have since been contacted by the company owner who provided good customer service.
