We contacted Paige about getting an install on a new pump. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone and asked questions about what exactly we were needing. We had 2 canceled appointments, but when they arrived the service technicians did an excellent job.

In the beginning things were great; however, she returned multiple times and hot tub still had the same problem each time while charging me hundreds of dollars. I truly believe this was done intentionally. The hot tub is still broken. I had the owner order a hot tub for me and she ordered me something that doesn’t even fit it ....her receptionist claims that its my problem it doesn’t fit....worst service ever use at your own risk

Paige is very helpful and her crews really try to work as fast and professional as possible. They really showed their dedication during the recent storm season. With flooding all over town. People's pools were damaged or completely destroyed. They made every effort to work long endless hours to get everyone pleased.

It was leaking badly and it was a installation issue from Pro Care Pools who couldn’t even show up or answer there phone. Paige and her crew came out and got right on the problem and fixed it!
