Amazing staff that took great care of my dog. They took the extra step to make sure that the entire medical and payment process was transparent and that my 2 year old, 100 lbs pup was happy and healthy. Further, they treated my pup like the big, loving, softy that he is, and not based on his breed type. He came home with freshly snipped nails as an added bonus as well to match his other fresh snip, both of which are doing well.

I've been taking my animals here for about 2 years for wellness visits and have always given 5 star reviews. My dog, Scout, had oral surgery with 16 teeth extracted earlier this week. I was assured by staff that I would be contacted once the surgery was done. Now Scout is 17 y/o and had a reaction to anesthesia in the past so I was anxious to hear that she had made it through the surgery. Eight hours later and still no call. When I called, I was told that they didn't have my phone number. They were using 406 area code but mine was 512. The really awful thing is that I was asked to bring in Scout's records because of the anesthesia problem. They had an inch high folder of Scout's records including my correct phone number. No one ever checked! When I finally picked up Scout, she was brought to me covered in bloody saliva drainage from her snout, chest, abdomen and both front paws. She had been laying in it for who knows how long. I talked with the clinic manager today and the computer program has already been changed to NOT default to the area code for the address entered. I was also assured that staff would be counseled concerning Scout's condition and how our pets should be presented once care is completed. My other dog, Ace, will have dental cleaning there next month. I'm willing to give them another opportunity to provide top notch, compassionate care. I'll keep you posted.

Very friendly and professional as always. Can't wait until COVID-19 restrictions are removed and we.can face to face with the vet, although the techs are very good.

We bring our sugar gliders here and our veterinarian has knowledge and abilities to treat them correctly and quickly. He explains everything and is always available when we have questions or need help. Its nice to be able to have a good vet who instills confidence in his patient's humans.

Dr. J. Longoria is the only vet I will take my kitties too. Jason & Jennifer were there when we lost my kitty and they took such good care of us and were very comforting. I couldn't ask for a better staff. Everything is explained thoroughly.
