Staff is very attentive and friendly. Wait times are minimal. Doctors are excellent, listen to and address concerns appropriately. Recommend highly.

The doctor was good but they all treated me like I didn't matter since I am one of their current employees ex husbands new wife. The never even sent the admissions clerk in to go over anything with me was told my papers and insurance cars was up front and to check out there to get it when I left. I don't care who is who and who does what but when I am a patient at a hospital I expect to be treated with some respect. I will never return to your facility nor will I ever tell anyone to go there for even the smallest thing. I had a lot of respect for you hospital until today, even when people talked bad about it I actually appreciated the fact.that your facility saved my ex husbands life but after the way I was treated today I will be post everywhere about it and how they treat people .

The ER has taken drastic steps to improve its handling of patients. Wait times have decreased and most of the staff is friendly and helpful! Way to go!

I'm currently in the ER wsiting to see if i have a blood clot in my legs. I had to wait almost 3hrs to even see the doctor. If it is a blood clot I could easily die at home where I'm comfortable, not wearing a size to small gown and hearing the staff bs left and right while patients wait to be treated. I know ER visits aren't a quick thing but this is beyond ridiculous.

I usually find some way to end up in the ER at least once a year. Because of that I been honored to experience the different levels of cure & comfort a hostipal could provide. On 12/26 @ 7:30 pm I ended up in the ER due an accident involving my foot which led to a 2.5 hr wait. The registertion office was nice and prompt. The doctor (likely only one there) was on the kind side and probably the last decent thing at that hostipal. The radiogoliest was silent and lacked anything that would be relatable. The thing that made the hostipal the worse was the nurses. All three nurses I saw and interacted with was found lacking in bed side manor. One particalar nurse though (who was an RN & was wearing a reddish scrub) took the cake of being horrible. She exhibited horrible bed side manors. When speaking with a patient her voice sound more annoyed and with angry while at the same side talking down to the patient while preforming the intake. Although the biggest grip was how she was very lacking she was on medical issues and some drugs side effects which resulted in her providing false information.
