I boarded my two dogs five days. Both of their harnesses were never removed and stayed on from the time I dropped them off until I picked them up. I received a picture from an employee of both wearing them the first night they were there and asked for a them to be removed but they never were. Both are now bleeding and starting to scab over on their chest where the harnesses were. I also asked for a toy to be left with my smaller dog (she has a tendency to chew things whenever she left alone for an extended period of time) but the employee took it away - because the two were fighting over it which is due to them being kept in the SAME kennel. As a result, my smaller dog injured her face somehow. The employees became very defensive whenever I brought my concerns to them. I strongly suggest considering other options for your pets, this could've been WAY worse.
