These apartments are for low-income residents. You may do the research yourself, but I strongly suggest that if an apartment is necessary, you obtain the HUD voucher yourself and chose the location carefully and with the character of the proprietor in mind. I have not had the misfortune to live in these residences, but those who have genuinely required assistance tell me that Kathy will, with the greatest ease, reveal personal government information to anyone who asks. Stay high, Everyone.

I like living here!! Sometimes people need to mind there own business but anytime something goes wrong its fixed right away!! Property manager is wonderful!!

Office Manager is very unprofessional. Isn't honest with applicants when she turns them down. Does not have regular office hours, tried to drop off application and she wasn't there. Turns away disabled and homeless applicants, and is not honest and forthright about why. A formal complaint has been filed with HUD.
