Our 12 year old yorkie started to decline on a sat at 10 pm. We we looking for someone to help us since we were a hr away from home and our vet. Pryor hospital was recommended. We called and the Vet told us to meet her at hospital. We were 45 minutes away and she said she would wait she was also helping another family. It was a sat at 10:40pm. When we arrived she and the gentleman there with her was so nice. I was extremely upset and they understood. They gave me time with her never rushed me. But I remember most is the Dr leaning over and saying to pebbles to rest she would soon be in her perfect puppy body. Not exact words but you understand what she was telling pebbles. I am glad she feels that way for our pets in there after life. She was caring and professionalism at such a hard time. I recieved a card from the whole staff. She called to tell me she had the ashes and would hold them u til we could get back up there in the next few days. I am so thankful for Pryor Animal hospital for their help.

They always see you whether they are busy or not. Front desk ladies are very polite. They never try to do any costly unnecessary testing or imaging to make money like a lot of places I have been to. They have been working hard through this pandemic and I appreciate them.
