Just unbeliavible! We are tourists from Finland and had little bit too much strong alcohol for presents to home from our holiday in Ukraine! Sigarettes 1 Blok per person. Didn't know that here is so tough limits like 2 packets per person Custom workers keep us like very bad criminals and didnt let us go until six(6) hours! I had crossed many many borders around a world but never get so bad and unfair behave! Penalty 500 zloty and they toke our expensive cognac bottle and leave us two cheaper bottles!

So slow! Poland side just do nothing for hours! Looks like people here are not motivated for doing their job.

If you are to travel in Warsaw, take a train/plain/whatever but don't use bus. I already spent 6 ours on the border and it doesn't seems to be over in the near future.
Agonizingly slow every time I crossed it. You can be stuck there for 8-12-15 hrs with no facilities (duty free shop, restaurant... nothing). WCs are accessible with polish coins only; you cannot get the coins unless you have them. Staff walks around having a tea, a smoke, or a laugh. Utterly inefficient, slow, and disappointing.
Not enough staff, very slow controls, can easily spend a day here.
The borderguards were very polite...
