Excellent location, very tranquil despite being right off of a busy street. The food was delicious and they indicate which fish is fresh or frozen, which was appreciated. Although not exceptionally priced, it's a nice experience.
Went here after a hot trek up to the parthenon, there guys nailed everyone of our dishes. Easily one of the best meals during our Athens stay. Not necessarily cheap(not expensive either) but definitely worth the money
Cozy old taverna. Cretan salad is delicious. A few steps from the main tourist drag and well worth the additional walk.
Not sure if this is a tourist trap or not. Was recommended by our guide from Acropolis. Food was bland and very pricey. I had a chicken kebab, my partner has the sea bream. Two cokes and a cappuccino. 49.
Was served water in a DIRTY glass. There was still lipstick on the rim. When notified, the waiter simply took it and was going to replace it with a “clean” one. No apology given or even addressed. In these times, not being sanitary is a HUGE concern.
They changed the menu and the best and exclusive plates got removed, now it's just another restaurant
