I went for an FAA exam. The person their could not properly check-in using their computer system. She said she had never been trained and numerous attempts to call their help desk were unable to resolve. Very disappointing

Unbelievable. I got there super early to renew a license. There were 2 people working in the office, an older man, and a middle age woman. The man could barely read and could not use the computer properly. He kept putting the license number wrong. Putting O instead of zero, s instead of 5. The whole process which took 10 minutes when in indicated ro him what to do, prior took 2 hours. He's older an all, but should not have to waste my time...
This company only cares about money.. not the testing. Someone needs to get rid of this company and start something better. Everytime you fail a test you have to pay a fee.. that's fine. But my issue is.. IF you miss the day that your test is because you were unsure.. you have to PAY AGAIN. It's all money here... can we stop scamming people for money? KARMA guys.. Karma.
No problem. Set up appointment on line, showed up on time. I already knew what to expect if I passed or failed and what needed to be done to get my license.
The worst company to schedule exams! You have to leave messages to reach a representative to assist you however you leave a message and they are supposed to get back to you within 24 hours and yet sometimes they don't even get back to you! Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company!
